## Adults and fictional interaction

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over who meet the applicable eligibility requirements. Conversations are generated by AI and can be inaccurate or inconsistent. Characters and artwork on this site are fictional adults. Do not treat generated replies as professional advice, a factual record, or a commitment by a real person.

## Account and paid access

Review the current service terms, privacy policy, and content rules on the platform before using account features or confirming a purchase. Check price, billing interval, included usage, and renewal terms shown for your account. The terms checked on October 5, 2026 had a visible revision date of September 22, 2026.

## Cancellation and refunds

The published web route is Profile → My Subscription → Manage → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation normally preserves access through the current billing cycle and must be submitted before renewal. Original billing-provider rules can apply. Partial refunds are generally excluded, subject to stated exceptions and mandatory rights. [Our account guide↗](https://crushon-ai-chat.org/account/) explains the documented process; use support for a specific transaction question.

## Rights and reporting

Use content only when you have the necessary rights and follow the platform’s content standards. For suspected rights infringement, use the takedown guidance. For other service questions, contact support@crushon.ai. This site does not invent additional governing-law terms, company registration details, or a separate subscription agreement.
